How to lose weight? -

I m 130 and I need to lose 25 pounds in a month and a few days,can you give me exorcises,exspcialy for stomach and thighs,but I dont want to get bulky.and dont worry Im eating healthy.

if you want to weigh 105 pounds, theres no way in hell that you would have a chance of being bulky.

Try researching bicycle and backward crunches. They seem to have worked for my mother after giving birth to her second child.
