I need some advice concerning how to lose weight safely.? -

Anyone found an online community of people who wanna lose weight or faced weight problems in their past? I have some questions cause I have weight problems. I also wanna find there real support from people who know what i`m going through since my family isn`t very supportive. You know, the kind of place where I can talk about my problems and make new friends. Thanks a lot.

Visit projectweightloss.com. It`s a large community dedicated to weight loss with thousands of friends , clubs, forums, you can meet lotsa people there, it`s like a MySpace for people who wanna lose weight. You also find there nice weight charts that show you when you`re over/under your calorie limit, how many calories you should burn every day, and a good diet and fitness planner with lotsa meals. I`m a member for a few months and I love it!

www.weightwatchers.com C you may find it interesting.

have you tried weight watchers online? i know they have an online class that you can do but i m not sure if you can talk with other people. i m sure you can. also another thought would be curves.

Information is a power and you are at the right direction. Here is an excellent article about How to Start... http://www.weight-loss-choice.com/simpleSomeone already suggested Weight Watchers and they would be my pick too. However there are many other on-line support groups like eDiets, The Zone ... You need to figure out which program fits your needs the most. So my suggestion is to read diet reviews and then decide which way you want to go:http://www.weight-loss-choice.comGood luck!

Go for low carbohydrate diet, eat less of stuffs made from starch, sugar, rice etc. Alternatively, you may try to eat 5 to 6 times in a day but eat less in portion.

i donno any of the community, but i just wanna share with u. Family is the ebst place to communicate and get support, but as u said, u cant get from them, but its ok, u can do it by ur own, meaning losing weight safely are, 1st of all never skip meal, breakfast, lunch, dinner in each meal must have carbo, fibre, protein, and mineral...Dont Skip meal means dont let ur metobolism drop or fall, if u let ur metobolism fall, u will gain twice of ur actual weight. When we are stress, some people likes to eat sweet things such as chocolate, and some just eat anything!!! So first of all, best are to be at ur own best mental. Know what u are doing.I advise u, its good also, if u havent start to do anything yet, by just de tox doing detox, meaning no food but mineral, to cleanse ur intestine.I guess i shared enuf! anyway, all the best and good luck, never give up!

Easiest way is to try to stick to a 1000-1400 calorie diet and moderate exercise. Do some weights to boost your metabolism. Try to fill up on rougher grains such as whole grain bread, pasta, brown rice, etc... They help keep you full longer because it takes your body awhile longer to break down the rougher grains and your blood sugar level won t spike making you feel full longer. Make sure you drink enough water, a lot of times when you re feeling hungry some water will actually make you feel full. Try to eat around 3 meals and 2-3 snacks a day every 2-3 hours whenever you re hungry. It s hard first couple months but once you get into the groove it s pretty easy.
