How to lose weight fast? -

i need to lose weight fast i weigh 162 pounds and im 12 and im 5 1 i also have bigger muscles then girls my age and bigger bones.... but i really wanna lose weight fast with diet pills or surgery can someone please help me? i wanna be 100-105 pounds!

Eat the serving size that is recommended, don t eat junk food, eat lots of fruits and veggies. but do not starve yourself or make yourself throw up. Starving yourself often takes a long time to effect your weight and makes you feel horrible. Eating healthy makes you feel good and energized and helps your body not harms it. And throwing up is HORRIBLE for your body and by the time that you throw up most all of the digestion has already happend and doesnt really help.All in all, just eat healthy and do some light work outs 3-5 times a week [a good place to find good easy work outs [that you can do at home] is 17 magazine]

many ppl think that lifting weights makes you bigger but in reality it makes you lose weight...it gets you toned...so if you lift weights...not super hard but enough to say u worked out then u should lose weight in no time.
