How to lose weight PLEASE ANSWER? -

So im 15, about 5 1, and weigh like 115.I despise my body.I wanna lose at least 10 (hopefully 15) by christmas.I dont have a gym i can go to and don t do any sports.Can i lose weight just by eating right?What are some exercises i can do without equiptment?Thanks...
