How to lose weight? -

does this sound like a good plan?8am: go on 1/2 hour brisk walk around neighborhood and do the bender ball workout9am: bowl of special k and fat free yogurt1pm: salad for lunch with chicken or a turkey sandwich on wheat with mustard or hummus4pm: snack (rice cakes, granola bar, etc)7pm: lean cuisine and a salad9pm: workout on ellipitcal for 1 hour and do the bender ball workout11pm: tea and go to bedwhat should i change? is there something else i should add on?5 5 130 lbsi want to lose 20 lbs ASAP

You are eating very healthy and you are not working out too much... I ve read that it is healthy to lose no more than 1-3 pounds per week, otherwise you will harm your body.Other than getting a colonic to clean your system out, there s really no better way than what you are doing to lose weight.Also remember, muscle weighs more than fat, and it sounds like you may be gaining muscle weight, which is good weight!

My mom is about 5 6-5 7-she is about that weight she varies between 120-130 lbs. and I think maybe 10 lbs. but that s a good plan and check your weight on a home scale daily. Don t try to lose too much. I m sure that plan will work fine!! Good luck! =)
