Im gaining weight like crazy. I need advise how to lose weight, like night exercises.? -

I m fat and ugly. I just got my hair dyed and cut. I hate it so much and people at school even say they prefer my other hair color

Colour your hair back then it s all about trial and error my dear!! As for gaining weight, tell me about it, since the wintery nights have kicked in all I can think about is food - eek!!! I m really worried about coming, or more like rolling out the other side of winter looking like a big weeble...hehe!! It s all about balance though, if you can be a little more stricked about what you eat, take time to prepare good nourishing meals, and take regular exercise I think you ll be fine. Do you walk or cycle to school this is a really good way to exercise without interferring with your social time...hope that helps, wouldn t recommend pills though, quick fix but you ll just go back to your normal weight after....not good

Before u start any meal first have a a bowl of salad, it fills u up so u don t eat more than u need to even if you are tempted.Second have a glass of warm water with some lime in it if u want flavor but honey is better as it is used to reduce weight.Before u go to bed breathe in and hold yr stomach back and let the breath go... keep holding yr stomach in for as long as u can.. this will help in reducing yr abdomen.and last but not the least in fact the best and works for every one is walk for half hour, and it must be brisk walk and continuous.. It s works always... Do this everyday religiously and u will see positive results.
