How do you lose weight fast? -

I am a stress eater who has been under alot of stress lately. So all that sounds good to me is junk. I need to stop. I have gained a few pounds. I am pushing 200. Does anyone know how to lose weight fast and how to help with stress so I don t eat so much bad food. I like to eat healthy, just not when I am under alot of stress. Thanks for you advice!!!

The best thing to help with stress is find activities that you like to do besides eating junk food. For me, when I get stressed I take it out in the gym. Exercise is a great way to reduce stress which in turn will help you lose weight.
