how do you think i can loose weight in my theighs.my theighs are pretty thick and i want to loose as much weight as possible in them without gaining a large amount og muscle

Women do not gain muscle as quick as men. So doing exercises that target the thighs will burn a lot of fat before you gain a lot of muscle.
