How to lose weight, today? -

OK so i ve woken up and currently not had anything to eat today. I dont really have much plans for the day so i ve decided to try and eat/exercise perfectly to see how i feel at the end of the day.Anybody tell me what to eat and when?What exercises can i do inside?

For every litre of icy cold water you drink your body spends 100 or so calories warming the water up

There are channels on tv that show excersie... eat heathy but don t starve urself bc u will gain double the weight when u start eatting again. breakfast is the most important meal of the day....

I dont wanna sound boringbut to loose weight it doesn t take a day.Honestly if you realy want to loose weighttry it for a weekremember healthly you can only loose about 2 pounds a week.SoI suggest in the week.Drink more water during excercize but dont force it downanyway 80% of our water we have to have daily is in our diets.So..do cardio workout for 10 mins abs and mat work for 10 mins but before you do those two.Warm up..do anything to get your blood pumping like jogging on the spot and stretch aswell....with the food bitjust look at something you d have evryday and honestly cut all the things on your plate in half throw the other half awayi know it seems like wasteing food,but its not becuase the food is already wasted when its bought..if you didn t buy it.someone else would havei ll add you as contacts and keep and update on your weight okxxxxxxxxxxxxxxtry it outwhat have you got to looseoh i knowWEIGHT!!hahaxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thats not good...! If you starve your body..it ll got into starvation mode and not function well!Right telling off over!Porriage with fruit in..I.e Raisins and some water.Then an appleLunch.. Wholemeal Pitta, salad leaves, chicken, low fat spread..Yogurt.Cup of hot water and lemon or if htat sounds grim... Some fruit juiceDinner... Grilled salmon, new potatoes, green beans..seeds and nuts for snacks..Sounds gross... Yep.. but is good for you!!Swimming is the best exercis eyou can do.. But if no pool is within easy reach, walking/running...Dont bother with doing a million sit ups.. running will do the same thing, but work your whole body!!good luck...

If you are really serious eat just fresh fruit as much as you like.You can eat fruit all day if you like. It just passes through.It leaves no deposits to fatten you. You don t have to work hard to burn it off.The live cells give you life.Plant a pip from an apple it will grow .Plant a leg from a chicken, get flies and worms.Live healthily.

you could have some fruit.an apple or something.or you could make some juice if you have a juicer.skipping is a good excercise to do .

Go to ebay and buy a Nintendo wiwi, and a tennis game.Play a few hours, they say that its better for you than a brisk walk

Dont eat anything but a banana everyday and eat it at like 3:00pm after that at about 5:00 go for a quick run. That way your not starving yourself but your only eating a little trust me it works really fast! Remember only eat 1 banana a day! and nothin else.

drink Loads of water.make it cold..dont eat a lot and distract yourself. Maybe go for a run or something, do some situps...though don t over exert yourself if youve had nuffin to eat.xxx
