How to lose weight? -

im 13 and weigh 130 pounds i want to lose weight in the stomach aera and thighs and i dont know how to do that but i want to lose it fast

Well, to get to your answer, you will have to have a good diet, meaning you cannot eat any junk food and only consume the least amount of calories that will keep you living and healthy yet you can still grow. In short, eat a lot of fruits and veggies and you are one your way.

get exersise.weight traindont sit around and eat.go jogging.drink water or milh.eat salads.all i can think of.

You need to stay healthy about it. Eat more fruits and veggies, lower fat food, and don t eat anything at least 2 hours before bed time. Oh.. and exercise; maybe running walking, or buy an exercise tape. Hope this helps.Good luck
