How to lose weight quick? -

i need to lose 2 kg in the space of a week to two, i need it so that i can move down a weight division for the tae kwon doe comp coming up, i obviously dont want to stop eating but will exercising everyday help this weight come off.

Aside from cutting back on meals slightly, avoiding salt and salad (and other foods that cause water retention) you could probably pull it off. Also, you can take off about a pound or more after using the restroom. Dehydration is also a possibility, but not a healthy one. Just spend some extra time jogging and it should be possible.

of course. and a bunch of cardio exercise will too.
