go on a diet!

Eat healthy, home cooked meals. Avoid snacking. Go for a walk for at least 20 minutes every day.

Eat moderately and exercise! Also drink plenty of water to flush the toxins out.

eat less than you would use up. sounds simple, but it can be hard, i know. also try to increase ur water intake as well as ur intake of vegetables and whole grains. there is no use starving urself as this usually does more harm than good

1. Stop eating too much starch and fat, but lots of vegetables and protein.. 2. Reduce the amount of food you eat in each meal... 3. Exercise (stop driving a car, but walk to places you wanna go)

the key is to burn more calories than you consume. avoid meals with carbohydrates in them as they are harder to burn, try meals such as lean meat with vegetables, as opposed to sugary, oily fatty foods, drink plently of water and have an active lifestyle.
