How to lose weight?pls help me???????????? -

iam 18 and i want to lose weight?pls give me home remedies

It really depends a lot on your goal. If your goal like most people, to lose weight, look better, and feel better, then here are some basics you can start with:Unless you are seriously overweight, then forget your scale. Seriously. Your weight can fluctuate by a couple pounds just throughout your average day, based on water weight, food, etc. and your weight doesn t tell you whether you re losing fat.One of most common mistakes I see among people trying to lose weight is that they hit treadmills/bikes hard for extended periods of time in the gym. That won t help you burn fat (after 45-60min of aerobic exercise, women will go catabolic and start burning muscle- for men, this happens even sooner). To effectively burn fat you need to keep your heart rate low and remain in anaerobic respiration (slow jogging, weights, etc.). You ll burn fewer calories, but you ll be burning the right kind, the right way. The point of this is to build and tone muscle, because muscles help you burn more calories and more fat, even when you re not exercising. The other common mistake I see has to do with eating. Instead of eating fewer meals and less food, you need to eat more often (every three hours) and eat smarter. Which means- instead of fruit before workouts or right before bed, eat it after you exercise; start your day with an unsweetened bowl of oatmeal; CUT processed sugar (esp. high fructose corn syrup) and processed carbs; and make sure you get plenty of low-fat protein, simple carbs, and water within the first 40 minutes after you exercise, so your body can make the most of your workout. Remember- 80% of your goal is nutrition, which means the right food at the right time. Some women are afraid to build to much muscle, but you can easily build good muscle without looking like a body-builder. It s often as simple as replacing fatty muscle with lean muscle, so your appearance may not change noticeably, aside from the fat you lose. Finally, sit-ups and ab work can help you tone, but all that work is not going to show until you seriously drop your BMI- like, below 10%. To do that, you ll need to burn fat, so eat well and exercise right!Good luck!

Simple I m not going to lie it will require you to go out and work. I took swimming and in the day and either ran or jogged in the mourning and night. Also try to make sure you don t miss out on your breakfast since it helps you burn more to lose weight. Also I would not go on a diet cause most likely it will fail about either 3 weeks in or 2 months . So I would say stay away from breads or any crabs. since that s what adds on no jokes more if your trying to lose some weight also don t freak and think your not aloud to eat meat cause that s a lie within the 1st 3 months it s alright but make sure you eat a right amount. If you also get a sudden munch y I would say the best thing would be small or big carrots since there really good they even improve your eye site. Also fish is another good food for you when your trying to lose weight its good for the heart and skin. One thing I found helpful is keeping a book of what I eat every day of breakfast, lunch, and diner. Works to keep you in a focused. Well that is what I did and I m 19 I lost around 5-7 pounds just doing every week but I would say swimming would be your best bet to lose it. I mean I love swimming and it keeps you cool at the same time but works every part of you when your doing laps back in froth. I did like 20 to 35 a day.One more thing stay away from diet pills some hurt you and if your over weight it could have a bad effect cause you could end up having a heart attack, but your have to read up on it more. Here a site explaining what I mean.http://kidshealth.org/teen/expert/nutrition/diet_pills.htmlP.S. START off slow if you have not worked out in a while cause if you don t your end up hurting your self real bad or have really horrible pains for like weeks. Like say you have not ran in years speed walk or 2 miles 1st don t run right away cause your end up hurting your chest it what happened to me. I found out it cause your lungs expand and if you have not ran in a while it hits the rib cage. Your think your fine at 1st but when you wake up the next day you don t be able to move that much. So be careful about it.

Go to thedailyplate.com, become a member, start tracking ALL the food that you eat into the calorie counter every day (you will have a certain calorie limit based on your weight and personal weight-loss goals). You will learn SO much about food, you will become VERY knowledgeable about the food you eat, because the website breaks down where all your fats, proteins, fiber, carbs, etc. are coming from depending on what you eat. Just remember, it is very important to have a lot of fiber in your diet (around 25-30 grams a day). Because fiber is harder to digest than other foods, it takes a lot longer to breakdown and digest in your system, leaving you full for longer, and ultimately you will eat less over the course of the day. You will poop a lot though. But you will release nasty toxins in that poop. And also remember, SODIUM RETAINS WATER! Too much pizzza and nasty salty foods will make you look and feel bloated for hours! Seriously. And please don t starve yourself. You body will go into starvation mode and you will lose no weight AND be malnourished at the same time. Water water water. Drink lots of it. Good luck!

I have created my own diet lately and it s working. I have lost about 30 pounds in about 3 to 4 months. The 1st month I didn t lose anything but now I am. I have cut out all fast foods, all junk foods (candy bars and chips, etc), all sweets, all sodas/ pops, all sodium. After the 1st 15 to 20 pounds is lost you start getting more energy so you do more. Since I have lost 30 pounds I am going none stop now. Before I couldn t hardly do anything. This diet like this is really helping. I am only trying to eat healthy food and that seems to be the trick. I am also only eating half of whatever I put on my plate. My stomach has really shrunk in the last 4 months. I am now wearing from a 22 down to a 18 now. About every 10 pounds is about a size. Now I did eat fast foods tonight and a candy bar yesterday, but remember I have done great for 3 to 4 months now, so I have my 1 to 2 days of a break. Then get straight back on it for the next 2 months. My focus is 1 month at a time. It s helping. Also I am finding out one other thing. Try to hold in your stomach more and more each day. It s a form of exercise but it will strengthen your stomach and as your stomach strengthen then your stomach will be flatter. Eat more yogurts, jello, oatmeal, stuff that has very low calories or no calories or sugar or sodium. Drink lots of water and teas. Remember you can allow yourself a freedom day or two once in a while, maybe once every month or two. If your serious about losing weight anyway. Also cut everything down in half each time you eat. There will be some days you will need to eat your whole plate because your hungry thats ok, just get back to cutting down as fast as you can. Every 10 pounds do more and more around the house or where ever you are during the day. Try doing stuff non stop about 3 days a week. Keep yourself as busy as you can. I don t like to exercise but I do like to keep myself very busy. I love to juice. That means to take carrots, apples, oranges and whatever else you like and juice them and drink it. It s totally healthy. Go to your library, online or go buy you some books on juicing. Last of all try to make everything yourself. By letting people outside your home fix foods for you, you are unaware of what is being put into your foods and how they are being handled. By preparing the meals yourself you know what is being put in your food, and you can enjoy the art of healthy cooking and eating. You can still bake oatmeal cookies and eat them. There are tons of healthy ways to bake and eat them. Just in moderation.

for a workable diet here is what my dietician suggests . follow a practical diet. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad. this fills u up. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent carb.remember potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category, 25 per cent protein.this will prevent cravings too.have a protein shake if you like too.an occassional treat is OK. have a snack every three hours. fruit ideally berries, or soy nuts. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs. switch from white rice and bread to brown. eat 900gms of veggies a day.Lose a kilo a week. that is permanent loss. pick an exercise regime you like. get a pedometer and try to take 10,000 steps everyday.

It s all about making sure you burn off what you eat. If you re not active and eating a lot, those pounds would just sit on your body, so you need to get active and cut some calories out for the next two weeks to see some results. Also, please remember that starving yourself would do the opposite. Our bodies are like cars or a fireplace; in order for it to keep going, it requires for you to keep feeding it, (or put gas in a car, or wood in the furnace). Once you stop feeding urself, your body sorta gets into a mode where it stores whatever is already there and refuses to let it go for it don t know when s the next time it s going to get fed.*Watch what you eat and cut all the extras out.*Eat fresh food (less canned, frozen or processed cuz they have added gunk that s not good for your body.)*Eat six small meals a day (cereal w/low fat milk and fruit and fruit juice or water for breakfast, peanut butter apples brunch, sandwich on wheat bread, piece of fruit and milk, water, or fruit juice for lunch, pretzels and yogurt w/milk, water, fruit juice for snack, baked chicken or fish, rice and veggies w/fruit juice for dinner and lite popcorn w/water and fruit and lite ice cream after dinner)*Exercise at least 5 times a week (simple things like dancing in ur room for 30 minutes, or while cleaning, walking instead driving to ur friends house, crunches (my faves) added w/pushups and other simple moves would help. Even using household products such as full laundry detergent bottle to do arm lifts, chairs to do (arm) dips, laying on ur side to do scissors w/legs are easy.Whoever called diets dieting was wrong, it s all about realizing there s only one way of eating rite and that is w/all natural foods and mainly fruits, grains (oatmeal are good too) and less processed gunk. That s why we need to go back to growing our own food instead of relying on these food industries cuz their motives are not feeding us properly, but MONEY...Anyways, hope that helped a little.Good Luck and OneLoveT

I am not going to be the one to tell you to get up and work out. The truth is that there are medical problems that cannot be fixed with diet and exercise. Go get your thyroid checked. Consult your doctor and don t eat fast food or drink pop! I feel for you.

okay if you exercise daily it will help!you don t have to do a lot.you can run around for like 30 min.slim fast works like a charm.there is plenty of products you can use.but the healthiest way is to exercise.
