Your experience or advice? How to lose weight fast?? -

I m 15stones and I seriously need to lose weight. I m starting tomorrow. What should I eat.. how many exercises I should do? How to keep me motivated? Any tips?

Okay first of all you don t want to drastically drop weight quick look to losing between 4 and 2lbs per week as not to get sagging skin etc... The best thing to do is eat healthy, beans are a good speed food, speed up your metablisom, drink lots of water and find exercise you like doing, there is no point going head strong in tomorrow then bored by next week you have to change your whole life style to make it a permenant thing. I have always had trouble with my weight but weight watchers helped me as I stuck to it as it changes your whole look on food etc.. and you know your going to stick as you are going to be weighed. portions diet look it up on the internet it works really well as long as u follow the rulesno restrcitions on food jsut how much of it you eatto be motivated make an inspiration board of eveyrthing that inspires you (magazine cut outs, interent prints, people you want to look like who are NOT annorexic, and just put like anythign on that u think is cool)get rid of tempations dont keep junk food lying around the house and excerise daily to a fun work out tape or good musicgood luck! 3

well first off..ease into a diet..dont cut out alot of calories really fast or else your body with think that its starving and it will hold the fat...find out how many calories you take in a day..and cut down a certain amount every week..do cario excercises, such as walking, jogging, swimming, etc. this is burn the fat, sit ups and other ab-focused exercises will build muscle, but under all of your fat, making you appear bulkier...so balance the cardio and ab-focused exercises while watching what you eat..another thing that would help is if you cut out sodas and drink water.

how old are you?well seeing as you can buy your own foods i recommend that you eat porridge for breakfast or bran flakes or weetabix um for lunch jacket potato or salad or even fruit for tea eat salmon boiled potatoes salad etc as for exercise try 1 hr a day or try 5 hrs a week you could walk run swim as it helps tone all your muscles um skipping hula hooping or even joining a gym if you can afford it do sit-ups leg raises star jumps and boxing hope it all helps i am also starting healthy eating tomorrow and i am 16 i need to lose 3 stone and get down to 8 stone for prom good luck and just remember to drink 10 glasses of water a day and if your hungry and its not time to eat tea or dinner than drink water it helps you stop eating

Don t lose it too fast.
