How to lose weight but not gain muscle? -

how do i lose extra fat and tone up . but not gain to much muscle i wana lose about ... 20 pounds.what are some excersise moves i can do . and some easy meal plans i could eat daily with low calories to help me lose.thankss .

your a girl you don t really have to worry about showing muscle when you work out. you can pretty much lift all you want. the fat will burn right off.

Gaining muscle is really, really hard to do! So don t worry about that part,it won t happen (unless you do heavy weight training exercises) by accident.

Try about 1200-1500 cals/day and do lots of aerobic excercise. Run, walk jog, and if you do lift weights to low weight and lots of reps. You will always gain some muscle, but you will look much better, and trust me the fat will run off.

all u have 2 do iz drink atleast 6 glasses of water everyday no vegatables but tofu n if u dont really lyk tofu then eat raisins either 1 i choose raisins but if u dont choose either just take an apple n complement it with sum peanut butter n ull have a protien 2 but no carbs maybe i think this may help u but i dont know this iz wut i did i am not that fat but just alittle im 87 so yeh i hope this wuz helpfull cuz it wuz helpfull 2 mi n plus i lyk eating apple covered peanut butter or u cud cover it with sum ground salt it taste so gud i ate it wen i wuz really small lyk 4 or 5 or 6 n i still do eat it

rly the only way is to starv yourself but dont resort to that
