How to lose weight/ gain muscle? -

I m 16, 6 tall and 76kgs. I have moobs[ so sad :( ] and some belly fat. I also have close to no muscle( well, prominent ones anyway) How would i lose the moobs and the fat as well as gain muscle? Is there an effective workout/diet that i can use?

You can t do both at the same time unless your one of the lucky ones who can, but i doubt it, what you want to do is to lose weight first. and then when you ve done that workout for some muscle! :Dto lose weight try to have 5-6 small meals a day low carb high protein meals. try not to snack alot.i d go to bodybuilding.com for a fat loss workout. then after a couple of month s, or when you ve cut down to the size you like.start workout intensly 3 days a week to gain muscle. but obviously muscle weigh s something. so after awhile you ll gain muscle but put on abit of weight. then you go back to eating less and doing more cardio based workout s for a short time and so on. eat less when losing weight but eat more when gaining muscle. go to www.bodybuilding.com for muscle building workout s hope i ve helped! :D
