How to lose weight?? -

the thing is i dont like fruit or veg but i want 2 lose weight.i like ridin mi bike. i brokee mi led in 05 n in 06 i had a taylor spacial frame on mi leg but its off now. but sum times holds mi bck what should i do to lose weight

Swimming is very good (: you dont really hurt your legs and it helps your blood flow and trains your breathing so when you do more exercises you wont get stitches as easily (if you ever get them.. i do sometimes and they REALLY hold me back) Also, il probs get attatcked for mentioning this but getting into a habit of chewing gum is quite useful... well it takes your mind off eating food as such and has been on the news about how sugar-free gum makes you thinner (and it did for me..) but in worst-case-scenarios your stomach will think its being given food and will activate more acid in the stomach which if i doesn t have anything to dissolve, it will eventually break up parts of the stomach lining causing stomach ulsers. i think thats rare though, ive never really heard of anyone with that i just heard it from my science teacher a few years back..x

There are a lot of women who want to get rid of flabby arms but don t know how. Well, basically, it is really very easy to get rid of flabby arms and get that unique look you have always desired for! In this article I will tell you how to do upper arms exercises.Oh well, exercises are not the only thing that you need in order to get rid of flabby arms. In fact, if you want to get rid of flabby arms, you need three important things:1. A balanced diet: Far too many people over-concern themselves with fad diets such as low-fat diet or low-carb diet. I know that experts have told you that there is no better way to get rid of flabby arms than by following a so-and-so fad diet. Wrong! Fad diets work only for a short time and then the effects slowly die out. If you really want to get rid of flabby arms, eat a balanced diet. By balanced diet I mean a diet that contains an equal amount of protein, carbohydrates and fat. Yes, you can eat both fat and carbohydrates, but make sure everything is in balance. I have a friend who eats a balanced diet that has both carbohydrates and as well as fatty foods. What she does is break her large meal into several small meals. She then eats one small meal every two or three hours. Thus her body receives enough nutrition but not too much as to make her overweight. She followed this regime only for two months and she has lost 40 pounds without paying a cent to a doctor!2. You should set realistic goals for yourself. You should not aim to lose more than two pounds per week. You may lose more than that per week, but keep goals at a bare minimum. Start with small goals, and grow it bigger when you start to see results. DO NOT give too much strain on your body right at the start. If your body gets too much strain at the very beginning, it will react negatively and that will prove dangerous for your health. However, if you start with small weight goals and then go on to bigger goals then your body will be accustomed to your weight loss patterns and it will react more positively.3. Exercises are yet another way to get rid of flabby arms. There are two types of upper arms exercises. One is strength training. Strength training will not only help you lose weight, it will also enable you to gain muscles. Too many women share the misconception that once they start gaining muscle, their arms will become fatty. This is nothing but a myth. Rather, the more muscles you gain, the stronger your arms will be!Another way to lose weight is to do cardio exercises. Cardio exercises will help you lose additional weight as well as burn extra fat. However, you should use cardio exercises in conjunction with strength exercises. DO NOT use cardio as the sole way of losing weight.

go out and get soooooo wasted that in the morning you feel way too ill to eat again for the rest of the day. then your stomach will just shrink so your appetite is reduced and you can start a diet where you just don t eat much ever again. it always works!! :) oh yeah and theres a really good calories magazine in booths so you can keep an eye on what you eat.

Well I started off at 180 lbs after I had my daughter in March 2007. I am now at 125 lbs and ready to wear my size 4 wedding dress next week :) How I did it:1. NO SODA- I only drink flavored water, green tea, or bottled water2. Eat as much lean meat as possible- chicken, fish, tuna, or dried meat like beef jerky3. I snack on things like: pork rinds (zero carbs), yogurt with granola, fruit with cream cheese dip (makes it taste better), popcorn with no butter, string cheese or jerky4. Take green tea pills, it curbs your appetite and helps tremendously5. Instead of exercising I dance around the house with my kids or chase them, things like that!Hope that helps hon, good luck with everything!!!

watch the calories you eat. write them in a journal. so if you don t have enough calories for desert don t eat the desert. remember to lose one pound you have to eat 200 calories less then you r eating and you have to burn 200 calories. this can take a long time so exercise every day and write what you eat and the calories every day soon enough you will lose wieght trust me my mom has lost 20 pounds
