How should i lose weight when i m 14 years old? -

i m only 14 years old and my mum and sisters are always telling me to lose weight but i don t know how to ? Can some of you lot tell me how to lose weight i do pe in school. and i do work with my mum at home but i don t know what to do i m ok with my body but my stomach in keep getting fatter and fatter please Help!!!!!!!!!!

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet withoutexercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. Fordiet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no foodafter 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending onyour initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. Ifyou don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goeycakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But yourdiet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have tocalculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is themost efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight alot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

There is only one way to lose weight and that is to make sure you burn the calories that you eat.You are taking exercise, and that is good. If you can manage more then that is better.Make a detailed diary over a week of everything, but everything, that you eat. Then you need to look at the list and decide where you can cut down. The best things (and the hardest) to reduce are snack foods out of a packet, crisps, all those things in noisy, plastic, brightly coloured bags. Ditch them, they are just empty calories that add fat to your body. Also think about eating or drinking a little less of sweet, sugary foods and sweet drinks, or at least drink lite versions. If you must fill in between meals try eating some fruit or vegetables, apples, pears, celery, carrots - good crunchy raw stuff. Don t expect to get thin overnight, there is a saying that it takes 100 times longer to get it off than put it on. Weigh yourself once a week and keep a written record. Finally, forget those acai berries, there is a scam on every corner. Here are some reliable sites to read.http://www.nhs.uk/LiveWell/loseweight/Pahttp://www.netdoctor.co.uk/health_advicehttp://www.medicine.ox.ac.uk/bandolier/bAnd forget the rinse outs another scam! Good luck!

cut down or totally stop eating junk food, eat lots of healthy meals that include veggies or lean meat. Cut down on sugary snacks and aim for 3 meals a day, cut down on portion sizes too. I know it seems like you re having to give up a lot, but it s for the best. You dont want to have weight related problems in later life do you? What you eat now will catch up with you in later life, i ve paid the price for that. I used to eat anything i wanted when i was younger and still stayed nice and slim. Now that i m older, i ve put lots of weight on regardless of how much i exercise or watch what i eat.I m constantly on a diet.

same way everyone else loses weighteat less and healthier, best bet for exercise is to go jogging after school

iqnore all the rest of the comments. just dont eat tooo many fat foods.. and exercise (: your to younq to worry that much.

i recommend going to seventeen.com and check out their work outs (they also have them in the magazine) and make healthier choices when u eat. :) i lost 25lbs like that

Eat a balanced dietDo more sportUmmm can t think of anything else sorry x :)
