the best way to loose wieght is just to eat less sugary and salty things and a lot more fruits,vegetables, low fat cheese... And the most important thing to do while you eat that kind of stuff is to exercise. Good luck on that :)

put a little bit of vinegar in yo cup and fill the rest of it with water and drink it it will cut yo appitite and youll loose weight

theres no quickfix unless you do liposuction or take prescribe pills, ppl I know that have lost weight have done it by doing aerobics and not eating high protein foods like meat just vegetables

yeh dats the way! thats nice!one should not be loosing weight too fast other wise it come backs quickly!!just loose 3-4 kgs a month!in morning have a cup of skim milk..tea or coffee with out sugar...have a plain toast with it! or a bran cereal..low fat...or 2 boiled eggs! dun eat their yoke! just eat the whites! and a fruit! be it orange or apple!then for lunch have a big bowl of plain salad with 2 boiled chicken pieces! or have 1bowl of boiled rice or pasta with low fat sauce~same goes for dinner!have a fruit in between lunch and dinner!do 30 mins exercise daily!and have green tea!and be positive:)best of luck:)
