How to lose weight in 1 month? -

i have to lose weight really fast. what should i do? can i still eat bacon for breakfast? im 5ft 6 and 136 pounds. i can deal with extreme dieting so i can lose lots of pounds in 1month. i have to attend a wedding and im the maid of honor. i wouldnt want to look fat. :/i play tennis from monday-saturday for 2 hours and jog from monday-friday for 1 hour.would i be able to do this??thanks alot!!! xoxo

1. Drink plenty of water. Our body needs a lot of water so give in to water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. This it self will discourage any tendency to gorge. Well, you really sound like your weight is good already but if you are looking to lose more I would avoid any of the fad/extreme diets and diet pills. Half don t work and besides...the minute you quit those the weight comes right back! Drink lots of water! You d be surprised at the weight you lose by replacing sodas and other drinks with water! Yep, you can still have bacon for breakfast and you could also cut your carbs (not all but some). If you do that make sure you re getting plenty of protein to keep your energy up. Sounds like you are getting plenty of exercise too. Good luck to you!

If you really already play 2 hours of tennis for 6 days a week and jog for 1 hour for 5 days a week... then you have to eat enough.. to stay alive.. you need food for athletes...if you do extreme sports you need to eat the right stuff...otherwise you will faint..do anthing you enjoy... Swimming is good for burning calories if one does it long enough and on a regular basis... so does dancing... the treadmill is no good...I went 10 miles every day on it... I ate a normal amount of food.. no junk.. but no real diet either...I lost 1080 calories per day on the treadmill but nothing on the scales..Not one pound.. I would do dancing... that gives a slim body... so does swimming.. and if you really play vigorous tennis for 6 days a week.. and jog you will definitely burn a lot of calories...I hope you like tennis and jogging, because I would not like to have to do that.. but if you like... do it...and you need to eat...lean meats, vegetables, salads, fruit, breakfast cereal would be better than bacon and eggs for breakfast.. but you can do that on occasion.. to have bacon, eggs and toast every day.. that is not hear healhty.. so it would be better to eat a low sugar or zero sugar, no transfat cereal and some fresh fruit for breakfast and lots of water to drink. and once a week bacon and eggs for breakfast. xxx

Exercise, Exercise. Keep running! Instead of that bacon eat a huge bowl of cereal in the morning. Then have a cup of coffee...for lunch try to have soup...campells are good then just snack after that on fruits or maybe pretzels...and have a huge dinner by 5pm and don t eat anything till the next day in the morning. I am doing this now and I am getting results.Good Luck!

Summer, you re not going to like this answer, but you re nuts! Your BMI (body mass index) is 22. A normal BMI is 18.5 to 24.9. Above 24.9 you would be considered overweight, but not classified as fat. It would seem (if you re giving the correct information) that you re damn near perfect. You probably have no idea what professional models go through to achieve the emaciated look that fashion magazines require, not to mention the toll it has on their health, and the only way you would be able to play tennis or jog if you looked that way would be to use amphetamines, which many of them do. I ll give you the method used to calculate your BMI, in case you re not telling the truth or insist on losing weight anyway. Take your height in meters and square it. Take your weight in kilograms and divide it by the first number. That s your BMI. To be borderline anorexic, or have a BMI of 18.5, you d have to weigh 114 lbs....and that s crazy too!! As for all the advice you ve been given, Mareeyum s is pretty good, except if you drink as much water as she wants you to, you d spend half your day in the bath-room.The rest of it s pretty much crap. You re fine!!...and it sounds as if you re getting plenty of exercise. Why do some girls think they have to be skeletons to look good? That s nuts!
