How to lose weight scientifically ? -

Here is the situation I am in right now and where I would like to be. I am 31 years old. I have high cholestrol and I am taking Lipitor also I weigh 280lbs. I have a beer belly and I don t eat the right way, that much I know. My knees hurt when I walk because of the added weight. I remember I used to be skinny and I was 140 lbs. I would like to go back to that and how do I go about losing weight scientifically ? I also have not had physical excersice since high school 10 years ago. I wonder how many pushups, situps and running, swimming etc would it take to go from 280 lbs to 140 lbs please ? Thank you

Go to a nutritionist doctor.

Lots of exercise if you are really serious in losing weight. Eat balanced and nutritious foods, less fats and less sweet fruits, corn, potatoes. Trim the fats, skin from beef, chicken and pork. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Eat dried fruits, legumes and nuts (except peanuts). Use wholemeal bread. Eat five times daily: Breakfast. lunch, dinner. Have a light snack in between meals. Include fresh grated coconut and olive oil in your diet. No more animal fats. This will lower your high cholesterol. You will live longer, healthy and lose weight.

you want scientific huh well read and learn.Calories in minus calories burned equals fat on your ***less calories in minus more calories burned equals less fat on your ***more calories in minus less calories burned equals more fat on your ***..Any questions ??? lets

its going to take a long time and a lot of hard work...you may want to go to a doctor and get advice from him instead of people on yahoo answers, but its going to have to start with eating healthier and just burning more calories than you take in each day

There is no magic weight-loss pill, supplement, fad diet, or juice. The ONLY way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. Brad Pitt didnt get cut for Fight Club by drinking green tea, and you wont either.Walk for 30 minutes every day, including weekends, Mondays, and Fridays. Do at least 30 minutes of weight training each week. Do 60 minutes of additional, higher intensity cardio each week.Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Throw out all of your ice cream, chips, cookies, cheese, fried foods, bacon, and candy.Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. Dont starve yourself during the day, but if you don t wake up famished, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed.Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night. Turn off the TV and the computer. Sleep is vitally important. Don t consume alcoholalcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderationIm not debating thatbut were talking about weight loss here. Lay off the booze if you want to lose the fat.Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water. If your urine isnt almost clear, you need to drink more water.Good luck.

heath,You can Lose 9 lbs every 11 days after you know these facts:Low Fat Foods DON T WORK......... You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.Low Calorie Diets DON T WORK........ You won t lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body s fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt --- known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.Low Carb Plans DON T WORK....... You ll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.In fact, the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!Come to the source below,,It will tell you the whole secret of weight loss and it will tell you how to lose weight by eating Chicken,Fish Filet,Cottage Cheese, sandwich and so on.You can find weight loss is so easy and so happy!!!!!The site listed below can help you..
