How to lose weight? -

i am 13 and weight about 165 LBS. but i dont really look like it all my friends say i look like i weight about 130 to 150 but still i love to swim and stuff my parents dont have alot of money so i can buy a bunch of stuff like exersize equipment. i am also about 5 5 or 5 6 so please help i would really like to lose about 10 to 20 LBS before school starts again i go back on the 18 of august
