How to lose weight fast? -

I need to lose weight fast. I am 12 years old and I weigh 155 lbs. I am really uncomfortable with my body and I want to wear a smaller uniform by the time school starts. I am not a fan of exercise but I am willing to do anything. What is a good routine to lose about 30-50 pounds in a month.

just hit the gym 5x a wk. exercise on the tread mail and stair-stepper and etc. and eat better

30 lbs in a month is really unhealthy. run and swim

It is very simple Stop drinking soda and eating sweets for a month.Exercise for minimum of 30 minutes each day.Limit the amount of carbs you eat.What I personally do food wise is make a huge pot of vegetable soup and eat that for lunch and dinner for a month or two while eating some fruit and yogurt for breakfast with occasional slice of toast. It may sound boring but it works fast!!!And don t miss meals as that lowers your metabolism making it hard to shed the the fat.Good luck

There is so much false information going around about weight loss. Some is decent advice but most of it is horrible.The most important thing for fat loss, is that your diet is as natural and unprocessed as possible. It almost always comes back to the over processing of food that makes it bad for you, and makes it totally destroy your metabolism and hormone balance in your body. For example, why eat refined grains, when you can eat whole grains. Why eat refined sugar, when you can get natural sources of sugar from a high nutrient whole food like fruit. Why eat highly processed, refined, and hydrogenated vegetable oils (these are THE worst thing in the modern diet), when you can eat natural sources of healthy fats like nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organically raised meat, and so forth. The point is to not fall for some gimmick like low carbs, low fat, high protein, or any other combination that has you focusing on one macronutrient vs. another. Your body needs all macronutrients to thrive and obtain a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. Trying to cut an entire food group out just works against what your body needs.Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. Don t count calories, it will drive you crazy. Just stop eating when your satisfied. You will get to where you want to be. You really have to want it, I did, and I m at my goal weight now. Walk 30 minutes each day at a moderate pace and eat two meals a day instead of three. Also cut out on the junk food and desserts and drink 3-4 bottles of water.I lost about eight pounds per month following this and the good thing about it is that this method doesn t make you feel weak as other diets. When I want to lose weight, I always make a plan, never but never tried to get desperate because the anxiety would make it worse Ok here is the plan, drink water as soonest you get up that is only one glass, you will drink another one before lunch and another one before dinner now, your exercise will be dancing, play all kind of music !! anything is allow yes you read it good, dancing for 25 minutes everyday, no more than that for 5 days you will rest Saturday and Sundays, I want you to weight yourself only once a week and you will see how fast u will loose.

run and swim a lot.i always suggest swimming as a good way to lose weight, and it s a lot more fun than running.

Ugh. So sick of this question! The fastest way to lose weight? Starve yourself. Throw everything up. Drink water and eat celery, then throw THAT up. Not exactly healthy, but you will lose weight, my guarantee or your money back.
