How to lose weight in 2 months??? -

I m going to high school this year. I want to lose weight, to be more outgoing, have a boyfriend, need to make the volleyball, softball, and basketball tem and I hate being this way!! I want to be at least 125 or 128 by August 22nd. Help!!!!!

Jog for an hour every morning and evening and eat healthy foods. Do not go on a diet and ruin your system but change the way you eat. Include healthy fats in your diet such as olive oilEFA s, which can be found in flax seed oil. (which actually helps you lose weight). Include lots of fiber in your diet and that will not only help you lose weight, but improve your health in the long run.

Eat less and exercise more, I think losing weight is very simple, but losing weight in a healthy way is not that easy.LOL. Good luck.

The best thing to do is find out how many calories you should be consuming per day. Then create a meal plan for yourself eating smaller meals more often breakfast lunch snack dinner snack also weight training light weights and cardio 30 min 4 times a week weight 3 days one day legs one day arms one day shoulders and back keep record of what your eating too no More than 25 grams of fat per day good luck

Don t put so much pressure on yourself!! Be happy with who you are first. THEN, if you want to improve things like weight, try eating those Lean Cuisine frozen meals. They are really good for you, low in calories and fat, and they actually fill you up. And don t cheat. Oh, and exercise 6 times a week. You ll lose it in no time.
