drink ALOT OF COFFEE and filling things like oatmeal and whole wheat stuff. and raw stuff like fruits and veges. stay away from processed...that makes you groggy and sleepy. and keep yourself lightly full of healthy foods. natural foods will eventually rejuvinate your body and youll feel better very quickly. also... exercise... because it gives you energy alot of energy and you won t be as sleepy.
