How to lose weight?!?!? -

i am 12 5 3, and 110 pounds. i tried going on a diet today but i ALREADY cheated. i had a half day of school and had fast food. i excercised, but i dont know how to get out of this fast food temptation. how can i?

Let me see; 12 years old, 5 3 tall, 110 pounds? For a small frame, you re already at the minimum. For a medium or large frame, you are underweight.My goodness, you don t need to lose weight! Do you want to look like Calista Flockhart, with no boobs?Anorexia and bulimia are serious diseases, and they will make you sick or kill you. You probably need to gain a couple of pounds, but I certainly wouldn t worry about it, if I were you!

ur weight is ok. try to take water at least 3 ltr a day. and avoid oily food and junk food.when ever u feel hungry try to take two glass of water. it will deceive ur brain.

wenevr u hav the urge to eat fast food chew gum (totally works 4 me) or do something else to get ur mind off eating

You won t be able to diet and feel happy about it if you have to give up everything you like. Incorporating foods you like is beneficial in the long run and it will drastically decrease the danger of binge eating. And another tricky part you have to take into account when you try a free diet plan is during the day you are most likely to eat. I am yet to find a person who likes to eat very early in the morning and needs to diet. Hey, maybe I m on to something here! A good diet plan will make the transition from a dedicated evening eater to a healthy morning eater seem easy and enjoyable. And the whole purpose of a diet plan is to make life and food enjoyable even when it s served in small, healthy bites. OMG ur just like me except im 13 lolum walk maybe cuz i had like a job that u have to walk alot and i lost like 12pounds (i used to be 117 than i became 105)but now im 110 again :(( because i ate too much candy on halloween
