How to lose weight?????? -

I want to lose 20-40lbs before may 19. I do 30 crunches, 12 pushups, and 15 leg lifts. What else can I do to lose my tummy, upper arms, and thighs? I dont really eat breakfast... or lunch, but I am going to start eating:Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs and an appleLunch I need help with.. and an orangesupper: is like hamburger helper and steak mash pot. and veg. and stuff like that.. is that a bad diet? and for a snack eat boiled eggs and fruit? I need some excersises and something to eat for lunch that is healthy and is my diet okay??

Walk or run 40 min a day.

Trying to loose 20-40 lbs before May 19th might not be a healthy thing in doing it so fast. You really need to eat breakfast and lunch because when you don t you are actually slowing your metabolism down; kind of like your body goes into starvation mode. Eating a lot of fruits and vegetables instead of hamburger helper or mash pot might help also. I lost weight just by making sure I drank the 8 glasses of water during the day which also made my skin look and feel better. Get on the net and look up some good meals and exercises. Eating a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner; drinking more water; getting the right kind of exercise and eating more during the day but in smaller portions in my opinion will help you a lot. Good Luck

Hopeless my dear.Exercise is fine.Eat a little of everything as balanced as possible, avoid junk food and be happy. Un-natural diets usually make things worse after you give up.Like yourself as you are. Just be yourself, and the others will love you as well. Are you healthy? Just a few more pounds? God bless them!

OKTry to not eat much, and try to work out a lot :) run on a tradmill due to the wheather outside. lift weights and do pushups 3 times a day...........u can take some kind of vitamin toogood luck :)

A good lunch could consist of tuna with a low fat mayo or similar dressing on low fat triscuits with a slice or two of tomato and fresh fruit for desert. The evening meal you have planned seems a little heavy on carbs.Maybe substitute a salad ,lean meat, rice and a veggie for your evening meal. For snacks use raw veggies-carrots, celery, broccoli, etc.You need to include low fat milk for proper calcium intake. For a change for breakfast could use the fruit and cereal bars or granola bars occasionally. In addition to the exercises you are doing, walk more and drive less. Park further from the entrance to buildings, use the stairs instead of the elevator, and gradually increase the number of repititions on the exercises you do. Hope these ideas help.

the best exercise is still walking or even better swimming. You are eating too many eggs if you also snack on them. Don t eat more than 2 a day. use other protein for appetite suppression like cheese (low fat) - also no rich cheese like brie, camembert or blue. Lots of fruit and vegetables. Grains like couscous (5 minutes to make), oatmeal which is filling and can be eaten for breakfast lunch or snack. Make sure it is the kind you have to cook, not the instant which is full of sugar; sugar turns to fat.

I suggest going to the track (or treadmill) - nothing works better to reduce overall body fat in my opinion. I jog around the track once, then walk, then jog etc. Just keep adding a lap periodically and you will be doing a couple of miles before you know it. It worked really well for me my sister. The key is consistency. (I would also continue the crunches etc as well) Also, drink as much water as you can stand. Don t drink any soda whatsoever. I would add more vegetables to your diet - steamed or raw. I would also add skim milk yogurt for breakfast lunch. Also, don t forget about broth-based soup when you are craving something warm. Hamburger Helper and potatoes are NOT a good choice for dinner - too much starch carbs. I suggest avoiding noodles and white breads and rolls. I do suggest grilled/baked chicken/steak with steamed veggies. If you want bread, get whole grain only (not just wheat, it must say whole grain . I also got a little day planner and wrote down each day if I exercised, how much water I drank etc. This kind of helped keep me in check and its motivating to see results over time. I think you should set some specific goals. Like: Go the the track for one hour 3x a week, drink 64 oz. of water a day etc. That way you stay focused.

the easiest way to is eat a steady diet and dont bulge one day burn more calories than you consume

take a run around the block and eat healty, there is no shortcut!

If you do not eat 3 real meals a day, you screw up your metabolism! The breakfast is fine, but try 2 eggs instead of 3, and add a slice of wheat bread. For lunch have a salad or something a little more filling like hummus and pita bread and for dinner have a real meal with meat in it! But do not cook the meat in fat, try using cooking spray. Also cut all the fat off the meat you are cooking. As a side try rice or pasta instead of potatos that can be fatty. Eat plenty of vegetables and if you feel snackish during the day- grab a nutra bar or a piece of fruit, or even a yogurt. As for working out , i think you are on the right track. Swimming and/or jogging are great too!Good luck!

the worst thing possible is to skip breakfast! when you skip breakfast, you slow down your metabolism which breaks down food. the breakfast that you have planned out is good. for lunch maybe you could have soup orchicken salad with low fat mayo or tuna. supper sounds very risky. i think you should have something like fish or salmon or some thing that is low fat. Remember to treat yourself with a little something every week. For snacks you shoudleat fruits like tangerines and apples or even celerysticks/carrot sticks. For the exercises i also think you should start jogging/running. This increases your heartbeat which inturn, increases your metabolism. Good Luck!!1

running, running, running. that is all you need to do. look on the internet for advice on how to start it up.

Stop Eating!

you got to be fudging with me mate.

Keep aside time for yourself plan out exactly what you need to do.....Find where the problem lies then attack it..Eat lots of fruits, veggies, etc...drink water or a glass of milk in between meals when you are hungry.... sleep for 8-10 hours.... dont pig out on junk food........or dont starve yourself....by doin that ull be forcing ur body to get by on low calories ur body will start storing up fats in all the wrong places ;) !! Eat when you are hungry but eat in moderation try to keep fresh raw veggies at hand always...Exercising is really important too...skipping, cycling, running are cool...dont go for swimming very often.....try crunches, pull ups, sit ups, n push ups...search the net for a good exercise program........ur snack is pretty good, at supper go for boiled beansprouts with steamed veggies or a fresh salad WITHOUT the elaborate dressing..........cut down the eggs...drink milk insteads........lunch have yogurt with fresh fruit......salad lean meat boiled or roast with low oil...

Ok Try This Diet:Breakfast: Friut Smoothie, Two Wholemeal (brown) Toasts and a yogurt drinkLunch: Wholemeal bread with egg and mayo (try altternate if you do not prefer egg) water or 100% pure juice drink and a yogurtDinner: Fishcakes, Veggies (mixed), Boiled EggSnack: (Carry These Around) Nuts, Raisins, Dried fruits, snack pack yogurtsExercise: Squats (great for legs!), Frog Jumps, Lunges, Jogging. After The cardio workout do this:Sit-ups press ups (on your knees, helps tummy area and arms),shadow boxing (just keep punching in the air like a boxer, think of yourself as rocky)This Should work out well, and remember stay motivated!I have the same problem, but i m still going and it s starting to work. Good Luck :)
