How to lose weight as a teen? -

i am a 16 year old girl and i weigh about 127. i have saddlebags and it sucks. i would like to lose about 10 pounds. i want to lose it in all the right places. like my thighs, arms, and stomach. what can i do?please be specific. what should i eat? what kind of workouts?not justeat healthly, workout.thankyou!
