Well there is no instantaneous way to lose weight.. plus it aint healthy to lose weight more than 1 pound a week. But if you really want to.. chop of your feet or something.

Just eat a lot of greens, go to the gym, train cardio (running, bikes etc.) Depending how over weight you are you can estimate youre luxury time. If you are say 14 stone from 16, go ahead and eat something which makes you happy twice a week. If its 14 to 12, go ahead and do it some more, but then when its showing true results in the 10 stone and under, be a little wise with it.
