im going on vacation for a week and i d like to lose belly fat. And other fat. But it seems whenever you go on a vacation you GAIN weight..so are there any tips out there? exercises i can do? any help is nice.

A vacation is a time to kick back and enjoy yourself. Don t try to waste your free time by worrying about dieting. Eat sensibly, take sight-seeing walks, and ENJOY the time! Then when you come home, be determined to start a good diet and exercise routine.

Well if the place you are going on vacation has a gym you can get up in the morning s and go run. they are usually nice fatalities with TV s a such. Also it s vacation and you should relax and eat, but if you really want to lose weight, just walk a lot and eat foods that are healthier such as sit down and eat instead of stopping at a fast food restaurant. I went on vacation earlier this summer and ran for 30 minutes in the morning, then came back and rested a little bit, and had a good size breakfast. We walked around a lot and I ate small portions of food because after working out that morning I wasn t very hungry the rest of the day.

Low Carb Dieting TipYour rate of metabolism dictates how many calories you burn. Heredity, gender, age, body size. diet and nutrition, activity level, and your overall health factor in on determining how high or low your metabolism is. It is normal for metabolism levels to lower as a person ages. Because of this it is important to begin stepping up your exercise routines in your thirties and forties.Ways to Boost Your MetabolismEat Regularly - Eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day will give you energy throughout the day--helping you to burn calories. Whereas, calories eaten during larger meals tend to get stored as fat.Maintain a Balanced Diet - Not only how often you eat is important, but your food choices are equally as important. Nurture you body with the appropriate balance of protein and carbs. Eating whole foods rather than processed food gives your digestive system a workout that burns calories. Brisk walking or swimming are good. Or utilize exercise equipment (exercise bike, treadmill, or elliptical trainer)Fruits and vegetables are clearly an important part of a good diet. Almost everyone can benefit from eating more of them, but variety is as important as quantity. No single fruit or vegetable provides all of the nutrients you need to be healthy. The key lies in the variety of different fruits and vegetables that you eat. Some basic fruit and vegetable tips:?Try to eat more fruits and vegetables. If you need 2,000 calories a day to maintain your weight and health, aim for at least nine servings (4? cups) a day. ?Choose a variety of different fruits and vegetables. It s easy to get into a rut when it comes to the food you eat. Break out and try a wider variety - include dark-green, leafy vegetables; yellow, orange, and red fruits and vegetables; cooked tomatoes; and citrus fruits.

well if there is a pool i would say swimming is helpful,gym/spa work out a little. But food at resturants are fatty so if you plan on eating out the whole time just make the best decsions you can such as salads or no appetizers and just your meal.and before you do go to sleep take a few minutes to do ab excercises.all i can say. good luck.

Jog around the block a few times. Do excercises in the hotel room. Also, you may want to think about doing some fun activities that can help you burn calories and sweat. also, carry water all the time! When ever you feel hungry take a drink of water for like every 10 minutes. 1/3 of the time when we say I m hungry is actually thirst. Hope this helps!

find activities that keep you active. Any scenic trail you can walk on. rent a bike, swimming, snorkeling, depends on where your going.
