You can t prevent weight loss in any body area if you are losing weight. What you can do is start a strength training routine to develop and tone the muscles in those areas and that will help.Weight loss is an overall process and there are no magic answers. Pay no attention to weight loss supplements and pills and all the latest fads. You need to think about many factors but most of them are related to issues we ve known about for a very long time. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.Make a few additional small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one. In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies. Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body. An area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. You are much more likely to overeat or to binge eat if you are tired and not well rested, so get enough sleep.Check out websites about nutrition, exercise, weight training, etc. Here are a few helpful links.http://www.nutrawatch.com/http://www.caloriesperhour.com/http://www.helpguide.org/life/healthy_eahttp://www.wikihow.com/Lose-Weight-the-Hhttp://weightloss.about.com/cs/fitness/ahttp://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/fe

If you want to lose weight than you should be doing total body circuits that include upper and lower exercises. An example would be.1. Squats - 20 reps, use body weight if beginner2. Push ups - as many as you can and aim for 15, on knees is fine for beginner3. Hamstring curl - 15 reps, use a stability ball4. Inverted row - 10 reps* rest 45 seconds between each exercise and 2 minutes at the end of the 4th before repeated 3x through. Add some interval training (sprint for 1 minutes and walk for 2 minutes for a total of 20 minutes) to accelerate results. Other lower body exercises include: step ups, lunges, dead lifts, leg press

If you can figure that one out, let me know!Ok, but seriously. If you lose weight, it will come off all parts of your body. What you can do is do specific exercises that will build up your pecs and glutes to make your boobs and bum more shapely. The only trouble with this is that building muscle sometimes makes you gain weight. You lose fat but the scale reads higher. The benefit of gaining muscle mass is that it increaes your metabolism which makes it easy to burn fat. Everyone s metabolism is a little different as is their ability to add muscle mass. If you can afford a personal trainer, s/he will help you find out what s the best for your body. If you can t afford that, try looking in your public library in the exercise section (usually numbers around 613) for books on exercises and look for ones that will target those areas. And, this is a slow process. Depending on your age, your ability to build muscle mass, your diet and the time you have to workout it could take a few years before you see significant results. In my experience, there is no quick fix. But, you will start seeing small changes within a few months that, if you measure your waist and compare it with your hips and chest measurements over time, may keep you motivated.

Would it be nice if you could choose! I loved the machine where you lay on your stomach and pull the weight toward your butt with your heels. I think it gave me a great butt and I can t remember the name of the machine/exercise. Once you lose your desired weight just start toning specific areas.

If you had them before you gained the weight, chances are they will remain. However, if they got larger after the weight gain then they will get smaller as you diet down. Its typically, last on first off.As one user said, squats will build your butt muscles but breasts are just fatty tissue.

do squats and lunges to to tone your butt, i really dont know any exercises that ll help improve your boobs, but if you lose weight you will lose some fat in you boobs as well. even tho it might not be a whole lot
