How can i lose weight faster? -

i am 13 yrs old and i weigh 140 pounds...any tips to lose weight faster?

get an eating disorder..

u sound healthy to me but i suggest cardio and once you notice a difference start strength training( weights/crunches) but make sure u burn off fat before u build muscle or else u ll tone muscle under ur fat and look bigger
