Can someone give me a safe liquid diet and some advice please, I wanna lose weight fast? -

Thanx

I believe that you should take small steps to becoming more healthy for life, not just quick weight loss. If you consume nothing, drop some weight, then eat like crap again you ll be back where you started or worse off.Start drinking more water, integrate exercise you enjoy into daily life, and readjust your diet with changes you can accommodate. That being said, I m also a cleanse advocate. There are two types of cleanses: water, and juice. Many people don t like the idea of cleanses, but most of these people haven t done any, either. They can be healthy when done right. Basically, your body can spend time healing and getting rid of the toxins built up over time, rather than wasting energy digesting all the time. You will feel so much cleaner once you ve done one. The most common lengths are 3 days, 10 (recommended), but some people have done 40! Definitely wouldn t suggest that though, especially unsupervised. Do it right, educate yourself, and you ll love the results. It s a great start to a healthier lifestyle, a push in the right direction - not meant to be a quick fix .

Slim-Fast, if you use it properly, can work very well. Medifast is a slightly lower calorie option, but it is harder to get (order online or at select Medifast centers in FL or TX) and it is much more expensive. True liquid only diets are extremely rare these days and are generally doc supervised because they can cause gallbladder problems, metabolic and electrolyte disturbances. If you do a partial-liquid diet you will avoid many of the health issues and you will be learning to eat a bit better. If you do 2 SlimFasts a day, a couple of pieces of fruit, and a measured calorie meal for dinner, (like a Lean Cuisine frozen meal or similar) you will keep your calories at about 1,000 and you will lose weight FAST. You just have to really stick to it rigidly.

I hate to be the bearer of the obvious news, but liquid diets are not healthy, and you will quickly gain MORE water weight than you had before. Try getting down to about 1,500 calories, with moderate exercise every day. Good luck!

liquid diets only work if your drinking REALLY nutritious stuff! just cut down on carbs drinking lots of water and eat loads of veggies!

SLIM FAST!

no liquid diet is safe, just cut out all bread from your diet.
