I d say it all depends..everyone s different..some have a high metabolism, can lose it fast, others, not so much...it s possible, but I wouldn t obsess over the lose weight thing unless you really want to and it ll benefit your health to more than just good looks. I d go with the above post, lengthen the time, as you don t know how much you ll lose. Plus, keep in mind that losing weight fast isn t always a healthy thing. You have to do it in incriments, don t push yourself :)

Take dance classes this summer. They ll tighten you re belly, legs and butt and are really fun. Plus you get a life skill that maybe you could put to use later in life. Are you the 13-year-old or the 30-year-old? I don t recommend dieting at 13 or losing that much weight at that age. Just go for body image, not weight.
