How can I lose weight FAST?!? -

I KNOW crash dieting is bad, and I m not looking for a lecture.. but I would like to lose weight fast for a wedding that I have to go to NYC for. I m already heavier.. plus sized and am looking for ANYTHING that will take weight off of fast!

It is feasible to lose weight quickly but you should be realistic and take on board that if you lose weight quickly then you will probably put it all back on again just as quickly.
