How can i lose weight fast? -

i know this is not healthy, but i want to hear from people who have done it before and how.please don t preach losing weight the healthy way.

eat 5 or 6 smaller portions a day.. you can eat whatever you want. dont have to work out either.my wife did it and lost fast.See, it makes your metabolism work harder to burn the smaller meals more times a day... she lost 20 something pounds in 1 month. SCWID
