I want to lose weight fast but safely....? -

i have 13 weeks before i go on holidays. but in the last 12 months i have put on a bit of weight and i would like to lose it for my holiday. so my question is .... can i safely lose about 10-12 kilos in 13 weeks. and if so how???xoxthanks for all ur answers

stop drinking soda (tea,coffee,kool aid)! that works wonders stick to water 95% it sounds hard but once you stop you hardly miss it

try to do cardio every day for at least 20-40 minutes.
