I am over 50 and going to a wedding soon and need to lose the 2 stone I put on after stopping smoking.

Don t eat after 6pm and really cut back on carbs. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg and drink at least 2 litres of water a day.You won t lose weight properly unless you get to the gym !!!!
