I have very bussy schedule so i dont have time to work out i need to lose weight fast please help? -

im 220pounds and 5 9

i would do squats. They burn alot of caleries. And try not to eat any junkfood. Do squats every other day (alittle more each t time) and lower your portions of food.

Can t be done. Find the time or learn to accept your current weight.

You don t have time to take care of your health?
