Im a kid and i have to lose weight fast how do i do it? -

Kids don t need to lose weight fast . You need to learn to get up and get moving...go swimming, ride your bike or go walking with your friends or get involved in an organization like a soccer team where you ll be more active. If you also cut down on sweets, especially soda, and choose fresh fruit, veggies yogurt, or whole grain snacks instead, you ll find that your weight will slim down and you ll feel more energetic. Crash diets do not work, so finding a healthy way to reach a healthy weight is the only way to go!

Every single day we do hear about different types of healthy diet that might help in getting the shape of body we ever dreamed about��share with you another type of weight loss which has been shared by a number of people�� !--[if !supportLists]-- 1. In the early morning; drink your coffee or tea or whatever you favor�� then, after an hour or two, eat a boiled egg without the yolk, or eat 3 pieces of biscuit, or oat�� !--[if !supportLists]-- 2. Play more outside with your friends. Riding bikes is the best exercise for kids ( i was a tomboy).Snack on fruit instead of chips and quick fixes coated in sugar! Eat more veg s, ask your parent to buy the veg trays from the store because their fast and handy.Drink more water instead of soda!!!

You go and see your GP and they will refer you to a dietician who will devise a diet and exercise plan for you. I WILL NOT give you dieting advice because you are a minor and I ve see enough kids end up in ED clinics to want to be responsible for another.

Exercise! Just don t over do it. Don t drink soda and avoid unhealthy snacking.

Just eat 600 calories less than you burn every day.
