What is the qickest way to lose weight? Please i really need help.? -

hey im a 14 year old girl and i weigh 185lbs. but im 5 10 so im tall. it doesn t look like i weigh a lot but i need to know a way that i can lose weight FAST. so please if you can help please help

Wow dont even try those pills, your only 14 years old, you shouldn t be putting diet pills in your body at that age.Personaly i lost 10 pounds in about 1 week easy, i was around 165lbs 5 7 5 8. Its easy, just watch what you eat, dont eat tooo much (that still means you need to eat breakfast lunch and dinner) try to cut down the latenight snacks and the junk food.Also, you need to do some running i would suggest around 20 minutes per day or every 2 days. Thats what i did i ran like 4km every 2 days withough stoping.Just remeber dont transform this goal into an upsession, every1 is fine no matter how much they weight and however they look.
