How to lose weight please? -

Please help me,i need some tips on losing weight faster..thank you soo much :D

running 2-3/week and eaten more vegetable than fat

Eat 3 times a day, I usually ate oats in the morning, a fruit in the afternoon, and a salad with tuna for dinner and you can have snacks throughout the day like fruits or yogurt. Don t eat NOTHING after 6:00 (that helps a lot), and I also ran everyday for about 60 minuts and did weight traing everyday 5 days a week. Thats how I lost around 15 pounds very shortly.
