Not gonna happen--stop thinking like a lazy person and get your butt to the gym and start lifting weights and exercising and while you are at it QUIT eating all that junk food.If you want changes you will have to make changes. One will last as long as the other.
there really isn t a way to lose weight with out dieting/exercise unless you looking into surgical options. but even if you choose to go that route...it take months before all the swelling goes away and your body has healed. plus if you are not careful the weight can come back.if you don t like going to the gym (i personally hate working out in public) buy a treadmill or an exercise tape that you can do at home. as annoying as dieting is, you won t have to do it forever, just until you reach your goal. and you can always cheat once. trying changing your diet...not dieting completely. instead of eating a bag of chips, only eat one or two...just to get the taste...i ve been dieting for about 2 months now and i ve lost 10 pounds...i ve sort of had a little setback the past few weeks b/c i was on vacation, but i m sure that i ll lose more once i start again. when i get cravings, i ll chew some gum or drink some milk. the gum is good b/c as you chew you are burning calories...and new studies have shown that milk increases your ability to lose weight, plus it coats your stomach so you don t feel as hungary.

Simply put, you can t. Diet and exercise are key. If you can afford liposuction, then that s the only viable alternative.

Drink lots and lots and lots of water. You can also cut down on the portions that you are eating, at first you ll still feel hungry, but after a few days your stomach will start to shrink and you ll notice you get full sooner than you were.

Sit in the couch all day watching T.V. with fatning foods such as pie, cake, (any kind of flour sugars and butters)and anymore you can think of. And if you need anything yell MOM YOU LAZY SON OF A ***** GET ME A SODA!! IM ON A DIET!! But whatever you do dont move a musle, It worked for me.
