Well what anyone will tell you is eat healthy foods, stay away from sugars, and work out often. But another very important and effective tool to weight loss is WATER. Your body naturally holds in water in case of some emergency where you will not be able to drink. But when you increase how much water you drink, your body will eventually let go of the excess water because it assumes that you will continue to provide it. Therefore you lose all of the excess water weight.
