At your age its very unhealthy to lose a lot of weight and losing weight fast is just out of question!I need to know your height and weight...but here s what you can do to get in better shape:-eat healthy foods.try to have a healthier diet by eating lean protein(fish/meat/chicken/egg whites),healthy carbs(veggies and fruits)and healthy fats(nuts/peanut butter/olive oil).drink more water.in doing so you need to make sure you are not over eating these foods cuz even though they are healthy they can make you gain fat.dont starve yourself.just eat enough food so that you wont feel too much stuffed or too empty.-Exercise...of course.if you are very over weight start by walking.then when you got used to it you can swim/run/skip/etc.45min/day 5-6 days per week should do the trick.to add more intensity you can also do pushups,body weight lunges and crunches.
you re 14, N it s not the right time to lose weight, but there s still some good ways for girls in your age,massage: yeah, it s quiet comfortable, but costs time(N ure a student)sports: it s healthy, but can u persist in... well do phsical exercises for at least 30minutes each day( heavily sweating ). control Ur diet at the same time, more GREEN vegetables(cooked is the best) N fruit N fish, less butter (no butter is ok), sugar, body fat, oil, no soft drinks, no deserts,plenty of meat. last... um... 2months, u will have a big big surprise!slimming cream: i don t recommend! so many side effects.... Orzsoaking and sauna: believe it or not, it can lose weight. but not obvious, it can keep u thin and healthy!
im 14 too! and i really want to lose weight fast and ive tryed loads of things and tbh the only thing that has really worked is not eating any snacks and if i have to i eat a bowel of ceral of a break fast bar and i did notice i lost a bit of weight in a week and a half and i was doin really and had noticed a big differnce but since easter iv just put it all back on and im stuck on chocolate eggs atm lol

well if you are tall that puts on more weight but you are old enough to join a gym and just eat healthy and you will be fine
