Losing weight isn t easy. It will take a diet change and some exercise. The diet part is more important because what you eat makes up 80% of fat loss. Eat only plants and animals, no grains, pasta, sweets, or soft drinks. If you do that and drink only water and orange juice, and run sprints 3 days a week before you eat breakfast, you will lose the weight very quickly. After you adjust to this it will be easy and you will look great.

This means you need to exercise A LOT and eat healthy. Avoid all processed foods and don t eat sugars or too many carbs and don t drink soda. Losing weight is not easy and fast, it s hard work and takes time. The sooner you realize that you need to put work and time into it, the sooner you ll actually see results. Stop looking for some magical shortcut, they don t exist.
Exercise daily and eat less calories. Don t get into it too much though, some people can get excessive like o no i musn t drink tea it has 20 calories in it. Some things such as tea are actually beneficial, losing weight takes time but just take it slow and don t go over the top.
hey... my advice to you would be to be cool ^.^ and keep doing exercises... keep doing things to forget food and drink a lot of water instead of juice .... don t eat sweets and chocolate too much .!! and when u sit on the table to eat just put some food into a dish and go far from the table so u will feel lazy to come back and put another dish .... !! :) hope that i helped you :)
It s not always about eating right. You need to start to exercises if you want to lose weight fast, food alone wont do that.
