How do I lose weight fast? -

Ok people say I m not fat, but I think I am. I m 5 6 and I weigh 135lbs. Can you please give me advice on how to lose weight fast!!! I m really desperate now. I want to lose 30lbs by September. Please help me!!!!

wow 30 pounds ??? thats extreme for ur height!! id say maybe 15 most . a lil meat is normal hunny. im 5 2 and im not even 105 ! im 110~115 and ppl say im look fit and slim all the time. i cant imagine .. but anyways if you wanna lose that much weight by sept ur gonna have to be on top of this every second. drink LOTS OF WATER. as soon as u wake up one cup .. 2 hours after breakfast one cup 30 min before lunch one cup 2 hours after lunch one cup and so on until uve had 8 cups for each day. Try to skip dinners. If you must eat dinner make sure its no later than 6 pm or ur food wont digest before you go to sleep and ull have food sitting around producing fat! try to eat light as well like fruit salad.. a healthy salad.. nothing heavy NOTHING!! not at all is best. when u want to snack on something dont snack on chips or junk snack on grapes ... trust me it works. excercise is very important jog.. jumprope is great for a girls figure !! make sure u eat a really big HEALTHY breakfast every morning. it doesnt matter how much you eat in the morning as long as its healthy that way you wont be hungry at dinner. and itll burn off thruout the day. NO SODA!!!! only real fruit juice and water or tea .. green tea GOOD LUCK!!! oh and get plenty of sleep

Why do you want to Weigh 105 lbs? a 5 6 girls ideal weight would be somewhere between 120 lbs and 130. If you weighed 105 you would look like a skeleton. My girlfriend is the same way, she weighs about 122 and is 5 4, she wants to lose 20 lbs. You are all rediculous, no one wants an ugly skinny girl, people want healthy girls.p.s. bones poking through your skin is not sexy, its pretty ugly

An ideal weight for someone your height is between 115-154lbs. Trying to get down to 105 may make you look skeletal which is not very attractive. It sounds like you need some toning. Try focusing on weights and doing more reps for a leaner look.
