i had a baby about 8 months ago and i lost weight during the pregnancy due to drepression about 25lbs since ive gained about 10lbs back and it shows i need help and suggestions to lose weight fast

Its not healthy to lose weight very fast. The best thing that I suggest you do is exercise or play outdoor games like tennis for example. Running is best though just 20-30 minutes a day or you can try taking some dancing classes it will be very fun and interesting .
