Can you pack your lunch? You know..being healthy is not hard if you just change bad habitsfor snacks..instead of grabbing chips..grab some apples,oranges,bananas..any kind of fruit or raw veggie(a tiny bit of ranch and some carrots or celery tastes great!)pack things like penut butter and banana sandwhiches...chopped fruit(if you like it whole it doesnt matter) veggies....lean chicken? lean ham slices..(I like the kroger brand smoked ham..very lean and tasty..I like to fry it before I eat it :D ) ask your mom to start buying things like that. healthy food not diet foodDont ever skip breakfast...breakfast kick starts your metabolism :D (tyhe thing that will healp burn calories)for breackfast you can have cereal, skim milk...some fruit? maybe an egg or an omelet? whole wheat toast? you gte the idea.

fast and easy if u can find that out please tell us cuz as of now there is no fast and easy way...u should eat 1 serving not doubles though it d be ideal for u to bring ur own lunch pack an apple and a turkey sandwich much healthieru should monitor ur cals and exercise regularly eat at least 4servings of fruit and 5 servings of veges a day have lean meats--chicken tuna eggs and healthy carbs like brown rice whole wheat bread kashi go lean ceralskim milkcottage cheesealmondsonly water and tea (not sweetented)stay around 1800cals a day and lift weights 3x a week with cardio 4-5x a week this is how u lose weight cut the junk and exercise

NO DOUBLES! EAT ONLY THE GOOD OPTIONS THEY OFFER! TRY SALADS OR TAKE YOUR OWN LUNCH FROM HOME THAT WAY YOU CAN PACK THE GOOD HEALTHY FOODS SO YOU DONT EAT BAD FOODS
