What do I ate to not starve myself but lose weight fast while working out everyday? -

Please advice, to me it seems everything has calories and carbs, ive never been on a diet before and dont know what i should be eating that will speed up the process.

First eat a good healthy breakfast followed by small meals every 2-3 hours. If you eat a combination of healthy carbohydrates and protein in each meal, this will allow your metabolism to stay high throughout the day. Before exercise (1-2 hours), eat a small meal containing more protein than carbs to make fat burning more efficient. If you combine a healthy diet with a heart pounding cardio routine, then losing weight will be much more easily.
